Taco Bell - Iola

Went to the drive through around 9pm and waited behind a car then pulled forward and waited for several minutes with no service. We pulled forward to find out they were closing early not sure why. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

I couldn't bring myself to be nice to the staff, yet still received poor service. This place is a complete joke, and so are the employees. The chalupas and burritos were hardly filled. For takeout, I paid around $20-30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff consists of careless young people, and during my last three visits, they managed to forget 1-2 items from my order each time. It's a frustrating experience, and when I've tried to call and let them know about the mistakes, they simply hang up on me. People spend between $10 and $30 on their orders, yet Taco Bell never seems to get the orders right and shows no interest in correcting their mistakes. The staff can be rude about their errors as well. It's hard to believe that no one has contacted a manager or taken action regarding these issues. For a period when only young employees were working, they even started closing the restaurant early, at 9 or 10 PM instead of 12.

Great spot, especially if you're looking for a place that offers excellent value for your money.
