Casey's - Iowa Falls

I ordered a pizza almost a week ago, and it was incredibly undercooked. It seemed like they drenched it in oil. I got a taco pizza that was not only swimming in oil but also undercooked. I've reached out to both the store and corporate, but I've received no response. They mentioned there was an issue with their top oven, but I don’t understand why they took my money, sent me a disgusting pizza, and then didn't offer a refund or reply. I'm definitely going to take my business elsewhere now.

I ordered from North Casey's, but they got my pizza wrong and seemed indifferent about it. The staff member I spoke to gave me an attitude, so I decided not to pay for it. Instead, we went to Central, where they always do a fantastic job with my food and really care about their customers. I didn't want to drive further, but I was in the mood for pizza. The guy at the register was incredibly sweet and even apologized for my experience at North Casey's, which was very kind of him! The person who made my pizza actually got it right this time; it looked amazing! Plus, they threw in some free cheese sticks because we had to wait. I would give those two guys 10 stars each! This all happened on 11/26/2022, and the food was incredible.

The staff is very friendly, but the restaurant could use some maintenance and updates!

Had ordered 2 subs and a wrap to pick up thru the Casey's app. When I went it at the time the app said pick up would be, I gave them my name and they were like...oh we don't have anything for you here, and I said well you better, I ordered on the app and have the confirmation right here. So then It took all 3 of them to go look and after 5 minutes they were like um we didn't know this order even came in, but give us 5 minutes and we can get it made. So I said ok, fine.. the guy working making pizzas walked off and went to the bathroom for 30 minutes which left 2 young girls working,one on pizzas and cash register, and one on our subs...and she was slower than molasses it took her 35 minutes to make our 2 subs and a wrap (they were fairly easy subs also). There is absolutely no reason it should ever take that long to make 3 subs. Especially since they were ordered online and were not ready because no one was doing their job. Also concerning is the fact that you had a person making pizzas that legit spent 30 minutes in the bathroom...like if you gotta spend that much time in there should you be at work? Train your staff better and don't leave people there that are not equipped to do the job in a timely manner.

Friendly service, felt welcomed. The limited time blueberry coffee was pretty good (i love blueberries, but never ever thought it could go good in coffee). However I will say that I have never boughten a cup of coffee from any Caseys that didnt leak all over the gosh darn side. Their lids are infuriating.
