Burger King - Ipswich

That is the hammer king is not the biggest. the cleanliness has much to wish, in the public area of what you can see behind the counter too. the personal is not so friendly (some exceptions) this can sometimes be the personal not very professional look or to be totally honest how people they would like to deal with their eating. the place needs a complete overhaul. eating is ok, but if in all other aspects of the experience here, it can affect the joy of the food.

When i was served today i had the worst experience felt like being served by a ghost did not think it was Halloween yet....She was cold from the moment i walked in, i had to go over to her as she did not call me and say nothing like yes please can i help.I asked for Chicken burger she did not offer anything else or if id like Cheese with that as an extra., then did not even ask if i am eating in or take away. Whilst waiting for it she served the next customer so differently asked him all the questions i was thinking why on earth was i served so differently, Not only that i do not live that far to go home and end up with a dam Cheese burger full of ketchup ,cold and hard like it's been there all day. She did not want to be there or serve me. So moody no customer service if she can not get a simple order correct maybe she should not work there or give her more training on the job ...Name of Host Karolina ....... Not rushing back.....

Unfortunately it's never a great service at Burger King. I ordered a Coffee for £1, only to after the purchase did the wife advise I could of got a bacon roll and a drink for £2. I had to pay full price for a bacon roll... It was simply 90% fatty streaky bacon inside a burger bun. I binned it.

This burger king restaurant use to be really good, so i haven't been there for a while and was passing today with my family and OMG! has it changed, the food isn't the same, the cleanliness of the place is poor- as in if the public can't see it then it doesn't need cleaning. Walls are grubby, my son dropped a toy on the floor and i went to get it and saw under the chairs and was discussed and left the toy. Some of the staff are rude and habe a attitude problems. Was so unsatisfied with my visit today i felt like i was owed a refund, should be paying me to eat there. Won't be going back.......if i what a burger king well defo go to one of the other restaurants in the area.

It is good for a quick bite, but this business seems to be dizzying. it was almost empty at midday. the staff seemed very scary, and eating was best moderate. Although I visited this restaurant earlier, and it was much better so that this could have been just one. the inner is very nice with an industrial feeling up, and some decent music in the background play. if you just wanted a quick bite, for a very significant price; in comparison to companies like mcdonald’s, it’s okay. I would not recommend their wraps if they are in the mood for a wrap, definitely to mcdonald’s, the wait is worth it. all in all, it's okay, could be better, but not catastrophic.
