The Cuban sub was very good and these chips are great.

This restaurant is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It is my favorite place to get subs, and not just any chain restaurant, but specifically this location - the best subs I have ever tasted. The staff are very friendly and the food is incredible. I ended up eating a sub here every day for an entire week.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I came in to pick up a takeout order and gave my name, but couldn't find my order. I asked the lady working there for help, and she searched for my sandwich and opened it without wearing gloves. This is unacceptable. The staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

No idea why the others complain. this was my first time in a firehouse subs location, and it will not be the last. had the involved italian, and it was the best sub that I had in the old - perhaps ever.
