Culver's - Iron Mountain

My brother came to visit and we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We both got the double bacon and cheeseburger. The service was quick and the food was delicious! We had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoy burgers and fries. I wish the fries were larger in size. The dessert was also great.

This restaurant has the worst service I've ever experienced! I paid $22 for a chicken sandwich and a basket, but instead received a sandwich and chicken strips. After driving back, I had to wait in line to be ignored at the window, only to be handed a bag of cold fries that had been sitting there. If it weren't for my husband, I would have thrown those fries back in the window. Cold fries are unacceptable! It's clear that this store does not prioritize quality for its customers. I will never be returning.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss combo and was able to swap the fries for onion rings at no additional cost. The burger was large enough to share with my wife. The quality of the food and the service were both excellent.

This is a good restaurant, maybe even great. However, whoever is in charge of the custard needs to stop being stingy with the toppings. Every time I order a one scoop sundae with extra Reese's, it feels like I get less than if I hadn't asked for extra. I don't know what has changed, but when I used to work there and someone asked for extra toppings, they would be overflowing. I couldn't even walk back to my car without a few Reese's spilling off the top.
