Romagnoli's - Iron Mountain

An amazing quite Italian restaurant. Right in Iron Mountain we stopped by here and were for sure pleased, not just was the service good, it was kind. This nice family restaurant has amazing food aswell. I had a half-order of their signature Spaghetti and it was a delicious Italian surprise. The meatballs were home made and you could tell by the delicious insides. The Gnocchi and Ravioli was just as good, I tried some if each and was as equally pleased with these dishes. They serve a salad and some homemade bread with every dish. The service, as I've said, is kind and attentive. Our server periodically made sure we were fine and if we needed anything. The food was good, a nice calm atmosphere, great service; Everything about this restaurant was 10/10!

This place is terrible. You can't eat at the bar, even though they took our order at the bar. If we knew that, we would've left. The tables are too big and we couldn't hear eachother. The staff was fairly rude. The bread was good, everything else was disgusting. I ordered the steak and it was broiled. Absolutely flavorless. I didn't finish it and it instead went to our dog. That steak cost $37! They don't show their prices on the menu so you order blind. To top it off, the staff took my bill and didn't bother giving any change back. We left hungry, I do not recomend this place at all.

Worst service I have ever received from not one, but two employees, and that was before any food was ordered! My friend and I were not allowed to be seated in the dining area, despite there being numerous open tables. We told to go sit at the bar because they were trying to space out their customers. We sat at the bar for 5 minutes etsbefore we were asked about drinks. We both ordered ice water. The bartender pointed to some tables away from the bar and said, you 're gonna have to sit over there. These are for alcohol drinkers . We both thought that he was kidding! We soon asked if he was serious and he said, yeah , as he pulled the napkins back up. We said that his waiter told us to sit over there. He said oh and put the napkins back down. We immediately got up and left the restaurant.

We ordered a meatball spaghetti and grilled salmons spaghetti taste nasty, weird texture, doesn’t have much flavors, mostly taste caned tomatoes sauce, and 1 meatballs! grilled salmons: just unbelievable. 1 small piece of salmon! It was 2 pieces in the menu!!!! It’s not even grilled one, it’s boiled or microwaves even. Way overcooked, no flavors, super dry. side salad: old old old salad, Italian sauces was just oil with weird smell, no flavor. Overall, the food tasted like it’s pre packed and sit in the fridge for a while, and then microwave before serving. It’s a lot worse than getting same thing from supermarket. I rarely give 1 star for any business, but this one is too bad to the point that it feels like cheating and unethical. I just let people know. It is really one of the worse restaurant I’ve been too.

The food here is fantastic! I highly recommend trying the Roman Holiday Court, as it offers a great selection of the best items on the menu. I will definitely be back! Just a heads up: be prepared to take leftovers home because the portions are huge.
