Krystal - Irondale

At 9:30 p.m., a woman had a whole conversation with her staff. I sat for about 30 minutes and said hello hallo and no employee said something. Many customers have gone. I thought they closed at midnight, so why they didn't hire people.

Two nights in a row, this Krystal cancelled our Uber Eats orders over an hour after their placement! They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to communicate with the delivery service people, and still take orders. It is not fair to treat either the customers OR DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers to us as our time does not matter. This is a completely unacceptable way of doing business. It's like they're trying to screw people up? in the world or something.

I am not sure if this is a location issue. The food was great but I downloaded the app and used the new app discount. Receipt showed the total with the 25% discount HOWEVER my cc was charged the TOTAL amount before the discount! Unfortunately I did not save my receipt

I stopped by Krystal this morning and ordered two Krystals. A picture is worth a thousand words please look it the pics below and tell me what's wrong with these Krystal burgers ?. Once I discovered how disgusting the burgers were I returned them and the manager had the gall to actually say, I don't have time for this . He was working the grill and sent this order out like this. This is certainly no where close to Krystal standards. Matter of fact this is this worst food I've ever been served in all my life. Meat dried out like leather no even steamed. Disgusting and horrible.

Food was horrible they gave us old egg ???and you can literally see how old the eggs were around the brim of the egg it was like they chopped them up??? so we beg back to the window I gave them back to place told them that we needed ??fresh eggs but then when they gave us back the plate you can tell all they did was added water to the eggs?
