Írjon visszajelzéstI come to this location everyday and today was the worst service I came in twice. I?ve NEVER EVER received the correct order and or good customer service. Today my order had cheese I?m allergic to cheese. I called and spoke to Jennifer she was extremelynasty and rude she told me I?ll get a refund and go ahead and make a review she doesn?t care so that?s what I?m doing.. thislocation need to get better employees that represents the name of the company.
26 minutes for a salad, chicken nuggets and fries. I guess I should have sat in line instead of dinning in. So frustrating. I get it, you were busy but really? Twenty Six Minutes? LOL And then the manager can hardly manage to say sorry? Horrible customerservice. Wont be back.
The staff was very friendly and patient despite my great order, the food came out quickly and was delicious to boot!
I was served undercooked chicken, so I returned it and explained the issue, requesting a remake. A rude manager returned with the dish, insisting it was fully cooked. I followed her to the counter, stating that I didn't want her opinion—I simply wanted it remade! She refused, claiming that she knew what was cooked since she worked in the kitchen, along with her kitchen manager. She suggested I could throw it away if I didn't want it. Not only did I have to create a scene to address this, but this was also the most insulting dining experience I've ever had. Clearly, your company’s management training lacks a focus on customer service!
The corporate chains often get a bad reputation, but the staff at this location are really friendly. They even deliver your food to you! The outdoor dining area is quite pleasant, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The restroom was clean as well. It’s interesting to note that Chick-fil-A used to be considered the more expensive fast food option, but now that the lower-priced competitors have significantly increased their prices, there's really no difference anymore.
