Been here tons of times and it's quite fantastic!My most recent visit for the TMNT:Mutant Mayhem, was absolutely terrible, server didn't come to serve or take orders let alone get us water, until I said something about 30 minutes into the movie, employee was wearing bright blue jeans (idc much for dress code but I will say it was quite distracting), new employees were very not.. Discreet, one of them was also just standing in the corner either not knowing where to go, or was watching the movie.Cash transactions were messed up for everyone, the food was EXTRA mid and came out extremely fast, even after getting my order in, they still did not look at tickets to give refills, not to mention the prices have gone up, HARD.

It’s a great and very clean location! Chairs are comfortable, everyone is super friendly… The only thing bringing down the review is that bottomless popcorn and soda doesn’t exactly mean that, as in I never got a refill in either even though I had a piece of paper up. 3 hour movie. It was good popcorn and the one soda was a perfect balance of ice and water

Decent theatre and fun pre-movie clips to watch while you wait for the feature. Food is good BUT $7.95 IS TOO MUCH FOR AN ICED TEA. REFILLS OR NOT, THATS JUST RIDICULOUS. I sneak in my own red vines ???

I wanted to love this theater, but my experience fell short of love . I liked it, which is still nice. The food is average and overpriced (which was expected). It 's hard to eat in the restaurant when the movie is going it 's very hard to see your food. The food trays are a touch high and far from the seats. And, the seats don 't recline they 're comfortable, just don 't recline. I 'd go back, but will try some other theaters in the area first.

First of all, if an event is going on, the streets are blocked off. So allow time to detour your route. Second, parking sucks. Parking is blocked off, reserved for vip or Valet. Your parking is in the garage. However, before 6 p.m., no spaces are available. Third in the summer it is hot. When you finally arrive, get ready for stairs, or you can wait for the elevator. We arrived early but the bar was closed so we had to wait until the theater was ready. Now, order by writing down your order on a paper and place it in the front of your shared table and hope that the one person taking care of your theater sees it. Our waitress didn't come into the theater until just before the movie. Our food came before our drinks. Cup holder is furthest from you. You need to sit up to eat. The back of the chair reclines, but the legs do not go up. It is a little bit too cold in the theater so bring a light jacket. Exit garage and prepare to be detoured again. The other thing about this place is that when you walk out and want to do something else here at Toyota music factory unless the TX lottery plaza has music not much to do but eat, drink, or dessert and we just did that at Alamo Draft House. Plus, the service is bad right now. Most places here are short staffed.
