Bawarchi Biryanis Irving Indian Cuisine

Horrible food. Not worth it. Fell sick. Food was not prepared freshly. There are several other better options around irving.

I got the Hyderabadi chicken biryani, Guntur Chicken as apps, Chilli Naan and kadai paneer curry. All dishes were really good and tasted great. The service was excellent as well!.Food: 5/5

Worst Food ever had! The food was horrible , we couldn’t even have a spoon of it. We where 6 of us travelled almost 56 Miles to have India Food and it was a disaster . They use old rice , the veggies have a stale smell and the rice was burnt and we could literally smell it . We call the staff and complained to them and they were sooo rude they didn’t even care about it . This is how you treat customers ?Being a manager at the store , the way he consider a complain was really shocking . I asked the manager for a re-make of my order or cancel my order , they refused for both and he said the owner is not responding so that’s why he couldn’t do anything about it . So what do you expect us to do if your owner Mr.Phani is not responding or you are not bothered about it ? You expect me to pay for this mess you kept infront of me? The staff in this place are not at all professionals , maybe because of that they don’t even know how to attend a customers complain and give a lame answer thinking customers are dumb’s . Don’t cheat customers !! Total waste both time and money .I am not at all going to recommend anyone to this place . It’s better we look for some other Indian Restaurants who are more sensible and responsible .
