Flossie's - Irving

I had brunch at Flossies today and really enjoyed it. The buffet was perfect for my mom, but as a vegan, I struggled to find much to eat. A staff member noticed my disappointment and, after hearing about my situation, he promptly informed Chef Juan Ramos. A few minutes later, the chef brought out an amazing quinoa bowl for me. It was absolutely fantastic—full of flavor and completely vegan! I was genuinely surprised to find someone who truly understands a plant-based diet. This kind of service, where someone anticipates your needs before you even voice them, is remarkable. Overall, it was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had! I live in Las Colinas, and despite having many other dining options, Flossie’s will now be my go-to brunch spot as long as Chef Ramos continues to create such wonderful vegan dishes!

Hannah was the best bartender I've ever encountered! She was incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome and valued during my entire stay at the hotel. While most of the other servers and bartenders seemed to overlook me, Hannah was always attentive and anticipated my needs without me having to ask. I would say it was top-notch service!

The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. There are fantastic choices available on both the buffet and the menu.

I've been going here ever single year for Thanksgiving since moving to the DFW area and have never been disappointed. The food is always incredible and the service is second to none. Haven't ever been outside of the holidays but if it's half as good as thanksgiving it's going to be a real treat!
