McDonald's - Irving

I always have a great experience with the staff and food. The customers are a different story you get the undecided one all the time or the one that wants to change up the order after he makes it then the one that will take every cent in their bag to pay for their meal. That’s frustrating. And makes out order to take longer.

I have found myself visiting Mc Donald's more especially at lunch!! Food when fresh and hot taste good. Staff when on their job working to keep things clean and friendly welcoming you come more often.

One of the best McDonald’s in the metroplex. Staff is friendly. Usually speedy. Doesn’t serve cold food, unlike the one on beltline.

So we came when it was busy. Still, they were fast and kept the place clean. The dining area is really nice. The play place for the kids is small with a tree house theme. Which means not a lot of kids can play at once. But it wasn't dirty and they have 3 game stations. I think this place feels more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. I really like it.

My daughter and I visited this place after a long day and the customer service experience or lack to I should say that the day made worse. they gave me a big coffee instead of my big drink I ordered, which came with the meal. I had another job that had to be done and they had to do this order right so they asked me to rise. Finally, when I came back through the passage, because it was forever for them to bring my food. I let them know they accused me of a big coffee and I didn't order that. the dame gave me my change for the charge and then I moved to the second window because I had asked them to regain the fries that were now cold. they made the frost and I ask for a free apple cake for the inconvenience. the dame told me that she gave me free pommes and she couldn't give me a cupcake. I told her that there were no free riders I paid for the riders, and because it took them forever to make my order right, and I had to go back through the line and wait these pommes were cold, so that was a remake. I told her that the apple cake was deprivation for the inconvenience. So finally another guy came out and agreed to give me the apple cake. I just feel like I didn't have to go through this because of her mistake. I didn't even eat my Mac plant and the apple cake because I felt they had done something too harmonie through spiting in the food or something. I will not visit this mcdonald’s again. they showed me how much they appreciate their customers. which is not at all.
