Mcdonald's - Irving

The restaurant is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The dining room may be small on the inside, but there are plenty of private seating options available. They also have a display case at the front counter showcasing various baked goods. The staff is friendly and the food is served hot.

Avoid purchasing from this McDonald's location! The service is terrible. I do not recommend using DoorDash for delivery in Irving, Texas. Every time I order from them, they never follow my instructions. It is common for DoorDash restaurants to make mistakes, but this location consistently forgets parts of orders and hangs up on customers when they try to complain.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches at this restaurant and both of them were burnt. When I asked to have them exchanged, I was told that they had everything and it was a huge headache to do so.

The hired have become better, but I had traveled before the order lasted five minutes, since the hired had not understood my first speech because of English. it would also be frustrated with people if she did not understand them. they often deny enough orders. her coffee machine is a broken one. that's a generous review, I'd be evaluating 2.5 if I could. as last note, the worst is that they often forget to give them sauce for their burritos or often too little.

Extremely rude service. I ordered via drive thru and lady was screaming saying she wasn't understanding what i was telling her and even told me to speak Spanish because she wasn’t understanding when i can perfectly speak English. Even when i started speaking Spanish she was still screaming saying she was not understanding. I have always went here and no problems at all. If i could give it a 0 star i would.
