Kb's Bbq Smoke House - Irvington

My husband and I were really excited about trying out this restaurant. People told us not to eat here, but we like to try things out for ourselves. After waiting 45 mins.. We were very disappointed ??. When I took my food out the bag this how my chicken was hanging out of the container. When I opened it, it had a huge onion sitting on top of my food. I opened what I thought was cornbread and it was a blueberry muffin with a small bug crawling in the wrapping ?. Gosh, I was routing for y?all!!

Waited 30 minutes standing up for the completely wrong order. Ordered beef brisket platter and wing platter sauce on the side. While we are there we are told the chefs put the sauce on the chicken and it would take 10 minutes to fix. We had already been waiting long enough so we decided not worth the additional wait. Get home and i have beef ribs not brisket. I can't support incompetence at any level especially when charge top dollar. Not to mention the fact that the music inside is definitely not customer friendly. Spend your money some place else. Food and service are blahh

You get what you pay for, the food is pricey but it's worth every penny. My colleagues and I order from this place for lunch atleast twice within the past 30 days. The food is seasoned very nicely and it's cook with care to preserve taste and flavor. I personally recommend the street corn and the Mac and cheese. Bring your wallet but definitely try this out again it's worth it.

I?ve been coming to this place for a while. Last two times have been complete trash. Honestly this place has lost its touch in customer service, today topped it off. Called to confirm they were still taking orders at 6PM since they close at 7 on Sunday, and I?m driving 30mins just to pick up food from here. They said they were, so I went ahead and placed the order. I arrived and waited an extra 25 minutes after checking in to pick up the order under the name I placed it. The food was put to the side where they place Grub hub orders despite me checking in. Any business with good customer service would tell the customer ?Hey here is your order?. The order was finally handed over to me from the shelf, and they didn?t even inform me that they Refunded me for a platter I had ordered, instead they just wrote it on the receipt. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you?re CLOSING AND OUT OF FOOD WHY CONTINUE TO TAKE ORDERS.

I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and this spot has been on my list for a while so decided to try. I called in my order with a nice lady. I ordered the bbq chicken sandwich with the coleslaw on the side. When I arrived, parking was tough so parked illegally in front for a second. I walked in and one of the servers, not the female that took my order, asked in a very low tone if I was uber eats. I told her no I called in my order, and as I said that another lady came from the back with my order and said she just texted me. She handed me my order and I paid and left. When I got home I dug in and the sandwich was very tasty, messy but tasty. The coleslaw added a little extra to the sandwich and I liked it. I enjoyed my meal and will return.
