Papa Johns - Irvington

I usually don?t have a bad review for this place but my order was incorrect. I ordered a NY style and received a regular large pizza and was charged $14 which was the price for the New York style. Instead of the manager rectifying the situation, he madeit seem as if I didn?t know what their version of NY style pizza was. I have had it before and have been ordering from themlong before he became manager. I could?ve have easily sent a screenshot. He dismissed what I explained to him and then heproceeded to ask me what color was the box was. The pizza was significantly smaller than the ?so called? 16? inch NY stylepizza. I?m never ordering from them again. A costly lesson learned and a long time customer lost.

I picked up my order the other night and when I got home my pizza was warm and looked old. Like the pizza was someone else's that didn't want it. I usually have a good experience with this location, but highly recommend Kenilworth. The kid that waitingon me was very polite and professional, but there is no excuse for giving someone what was obviously an old pizza. One of theseals on the box was already broken and didn't notice it until after I left. I only live 2 mins away from the store, and I gotthere on time. No excuse for such laziness. Won't be going back and I am reporting this.

The Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was tasty. Didnt get my drink, but I blame the driver for that.

Itis too dry it doesnt come has the picture shown. On the advertisement it it taste vegan
