Embers Steakhouse - Isleta Pueblo

Made a reservation and still had to wait 1 hour. Service is awful. They dont even make you feel welcome. To expensive for a bad experience.

Chef Richard is a consummate professional...he orders the absolute best meat and prepares it to perfection.

We went for someone’s birthday so it was not my choice. Just as the other bars at the casino, the beer selection is abysmal as are the mixed drink options. I chose the “ blue dream” cocktail. The basil was non existent, and the flavor balance was way way off. It was mouth puckering sour and astringent with zero alcohol presence. It was $12, I did not order another and was never asked if I’d like anything else to drink. Before you freak out, I know this is a “steakhouse”. However if you are specializing in beef you really should be able to nail a burger 100% of the time. I ordered the burger. It came DRY! Zero condiments. Who, that is over the age of 12 eats a dry burger? I asked for katchup, also for the steak fries, and mustard. I then waited…..and waited…..and about the time the other 8 people in our party finished their last bites I got someone’s attention to get the condiments. I put on the onion, tomatoes and the SINGLE pickle slice and proceeded to dive in. The patty was burned… crunchy burned! My partner could hear me crunching the patty over the very loud ambient noise. The steak fries were very tasty! They did offer me free dessert, I chose the cheesecake. I received a store bought slice of total disappointment. This was my first and last time to embers and isleta casino.

Stayed at the hotel for four days and had dinner here each night. Simply the best seafood and beef entrees that I have had in a while. Hats off to Chef Richard and to Penny our lovely server those 4 nights. Keep up the great work!

This dining experience was absolutely amazing from the time we sat down and our fantastic waiter Sparky came up to our table, took our order, we had drinks, dinner, and dessert. He was super attentive to our every request. Our food arrived one of us ordered the Prime Rib special, cooked to our specified tenderness perfectly! We also ordered the Seabass with Risotto which was also cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The entire evening was completely fabulous!
