If you cannot provide your guests with the complete experience close to closing time, then you shouldn't seat them. If you're going to rush them and make them feel unwelcome, regardless of whether that's your intention, then it's best not to take them in. I found it disappointing to spend $101 on an experience that fell short of expectations. It really comes across as greed rather than genuine customer service.

We are big fans of seared salmon nigiri, which we always order when having sushi, and I can confidently say they nailed it! The servings were generous, featuring high-quality fish, complemented by just the right amount of sauce, and beautifully presented. Additionally, the food was served promptly, and the service was very friendly. Beyond our dine-in experience, I also ordered bulgogi and California rolls to-go, and they exceeded my expectations as well — absolutely delicious! I would rate this restaurant 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone!

This used to be one of our go-to spots, but it seems to have changed under new management. The food, staff, and overall service felt different. We ordered three rolls; my son (who's 12) had enjoyed them on our previous visits, but this time they were a bit uneven, though still okay. We tried the Exit 18 roll, which was new to us and partially deep-fried, but I mostly tasted the cream cheese. The rolls were a bit on the larger side, making them a little tricky to eat. The Eldorado roll was cleaner and leaner, and I enjoyed that one. However, none of the rolls were particularly memorable. It’s a predictable spot for a weekday dinner, but we may look for other options in the future.

The caterpillar roll had a great taste with the avocado on top and crab on the inside. I really enjoyed the creativity from the chef in his/her adaptation of the the caterpillar creating some eyes and colorful toppings on the roll. I thought the double d roll was ok, but it tasted a little dry to me. I don't fault the restaurant on this at all as I misread the menu. I thought it would have more in it beside a double serving of fish. The service was extremely quick and professional. I think the restaurant would be a great place for a chill Sunday afternoon date.

Looks like the heyday for Aji Sushi is over. The good news is that there's no wait and the food is just as good. The service and Sushi Chef doesn't have the same gusto as pre pandemic days. The food still looks amazing.
