Harold's Chicken #41 Addison - Itasca

Overcooked is an understatement.... they royally messed up my shrimp and gizzards... never going back...

Wow after many times ordering from here im done with them. Something is Always happening, never on time. I'm in lunch break and order a head of time and simply useless chaos for I don't know what. And it seems like noone that work there even cares.

I was excited to see a Harold's Chicken near this location. Now I'm disgusted very disappointed. I stopped in on my lunch and placed an order for the 2 piece wing meal with fries. I had to wait 10 minutes until the guy came back up in the front to take my order. Ok I placed my order and was hoping my food would come out freshly and fully cooked.I waited 20 plus minutes for my food. My lunch was nearly over by the time I received my food.I get back to work and noticed my chicken wasn't fully done. I'm very pissed off and disguised with the service and food. Half of my chicken is raw and not fully cooked in the inside. Shut this place down. Please avoid coming here. Harold's Chicken #41 in Addison IL.

I am done frequenting this place! Ask for mild sauce on my fries, only to get home and find out they gave me dry fries! No coleslaw, no bread and gave me moldy jalapeños! Never again.

I don't know if the smell was the sewer or old food but im not feeling well and won't be back
