Kem's - Itasca

The staff was excellent, but the quality of the food was below average. However, the convenience of its location in the hotel is a plus, and the bar/restaurant area was very clean. Overall, the hotel itself was tidy, but the room could benefit from new carpeting.

We had a group of six adults and three kids. We ordered steaks, wings, burgers, salads, and several other dishes, along with some drinks from the bar. Everything was served promptly and tasted fantastic. The service was impeccable. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience!

Excellent service. Please reduce the use of straws; try to set an anti-straw campaign or something. Make a difference and get involved in making this planet a better place to live.

Great food and an awesome atmosphere. Can't wait to try more of their food.
