Wings and fries are always fresh and delicious highly recommend

I stopped by on the way home from work to grab me and my wife some dinner. I got home and my whole order was incorrect. My wings flavors were totally messed up and my fries weren’t even in the bag. My wife called and talked to someone by the name Castillo and she asked us to bring the order back. I took my order back and she remade my whole order and gave us extra things for the trouble of going back. That’s what I call great customer service. You correct the order and make the customer feel valued by doing something simple by adding extra to my original order. Great job Castillo! Thank you!

After ordering 15 wing group meals for my 30 min lunch. I only received 11 wings. I called Wing Stop, and the person told me to bring my wings back to get the wings I did not receive. This person wants me to leave work to prove that they can now count to 15.

The food and atmosphere was good but the cashier short and talked for about two minutes to her co workers before assisting her customer. Other than that the restaurant is clean and food was great.

Food was 10/10Service was quick the fries were the best I’ve ever had I actually got crispy fries like requested definitely not greedy with the sauce either. Over all cooks definitely know what they are doing back there. Definitely worth the extra 7 minute drive from the other location that’s closer to me.
