Írjon visszajelzéstWe bought a chalaco chicken combo to take away for $38.00, as soon as I opened the tray at home, a disgusting smell came out, I tried to calm down and did the test, it was really in very bad condition, since it was almost 10:30 pm, it no longer We were able to return but I have everything in the trash, I called on the phone but it only sounds busy. I will never come back
The food I had was good with the service I’m trying to understand. It’s probably leaving from a different culture, Please check to ensure that your food is cook thoroughly
I ordered for pickup at 12/5/22 for my Mom's birthday. We've been ordering from this place since moving to Elmhurst in 2018. We've enjoyed their array of scrumptious dishes especially the Roast Pollo and Jalea. I understand that after covid, a lot businesses needed to increase their prices, but that doesn't mean they can lower the quality of their food. This is the 3rd time they have served us poor quality seafood, my Mom and my sister almost ate bad shrimp from the Jalea pile. Unacceptable and please do better!
I had been coming to this place since they open, I always had a great experience with the service and food. We even had an event once. Lately the waitress don’t really care of taking care of the guest. They walk around without acknowledging guest needs. My husband and I asked for HH drinks and they said we didn’t have enough time since we came at 6:45 and Happy Hour ends at 7pm. We order our food the waitress forgot my order. when we finished we wait like 10mins to remove our dirty dishes and they only reason they came back to our table is because we asked for the check. The place had 4 tables including our table at the time. Another thing that I noticed is that they add the Tip to every single check, Is probably one of the reason they don’t care anymore. We just decided to not come back anymore since this is the third time that we experience this kind of service.
Title: "An Unforgettable Feast of Peruvian Delights! "Review:Last night, I had the opportunity to dine at Riko Peruvian Cuisine, a gem tucked away in Jackson Heights. The establishment exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment laced with Inka decorations that heightened the authenticity of the experience. The eatery has a semi casual vibe, with disco balls hanging from the ceiling that sparkles and twinkle, adding a touch of magic to the ambiance. The space is furnished with large TVs and a fully stocked bar, which perfectly complements the cuisine and the overall atmosphere.I sampled the 'Pollo Saltado, ' a succulent chicken chunk sautéed with red onions and tomatoes over a bed of crisp French fries. The Aguadito Soup, a heartwarming Chicken Giblet Soup, is an excellent accompaniment for the fantastic evening. I had a refreshing Diet Coke, served chilled to perfection to wash it all down. The service was swift, cordial, and attentive a testament to their dedication to providing a remarkable dining experience. The servers were prompt, polite and took care of every request, embodying the spirit of customer service.Riko 's indoor and outdoor seating options allow patrons to choose according to their comfort; I was seated indoors. The music was just right a pleasant hum in the background that didn 't disrupt conversation.Notably, Riko offers a range of mouthwatering Peruvian specialties such as Pollo a La Brasa (Rotisserie Chicken), Ceviches, Jalea, Lomo Saltado, and more. You can also unwind with their famed homemade Sangrias and now Pisco Sour.Overall, Riko Peruvian Cuisine serves a memorable dining experience with its delicious food, swift service, and inviting atmosphere; I highly recommend this restaurant to any epicures craving an authentic Peruvian gastronomic adventure.I can 't wait to return and sample more from their tempting menu. Don 't miss out on this culinary treasure in Jackson Heights!
