I had a wonderful experience ordering a custom cake. Earlier this year, I bought a pre-made one, and both cakes were fantastic. The service and communication were excellent.

I was disappointed with the ice cream cake I picked up for my grandson's birthday. It turned out to be a small mint and chocolate cake suitable for 2-4 servings, which was just the right size for us. However, the cake was incorrectly frosted on its side! The cake layer should have been on the bottom with the ice cream on top, but when we cut into it, some slices contained only cake while others had only ice cream because they had laid it on its side instead of keeping it upright to maintain the proper layering. Thankfully, it tasted good. I tried to reach out to the company's website to express my concerns, but there was no way to do so. Therefore, I feel compelled to warn others about the potential for disappointment with their cakes.

We stopped by yesterday since who doesn’t love ice cream? I had a scoop of peanut butter chocolate caramel, and my friend tried the peanut butter chocolate vanilla. We sat inside, and it was delicious—especially refreshing on a hot day!

The ice cream here is consistently excellent. No matter when you visit, you’re sure to find something you enjoy. The one-scoop sundaes are always a great choice!

I have been a long-time customer here, but after my experience last night, I won't be returning. I ordered a milkshake, and the girl who prepared it either dropped a piece of paper towel or, even worse, her band-aid into the blender. I spent the entire night throwing up, feeling like I had chunks stuck in my throat. It was absolutely revolting and a serious breach of health and safety standards.
