Campbell's Bakery - Jackson

There is a reason this place has received awards for best bakery in Jackson and Mississippi several years and running... everyone raves about the iced teacakes and petit fours (both are totally delicious), and over looks several other fantastic items. The strawberry chess squares are to die for those strawberry lovers out there! And OMG, the peanut butter cookies (when available) are the best ever. And in case you didn't realize it, the owners personal speciality is cheesescakes. I'm a cheesecake lover at heart and if I'm getting a whole cheesecake it's definitely coming from Campbell's.

Always a great experience! The smell in this place is mouth watering. Campbell's has done several of my birthday cakes and I'm always satisfied!!

The man makes great cookies. Cookie Monster will lose his mind at this bakery. If you like sugar this is the place for you. Leave happy with a few extra lbs.

Stopped in this afternoon for a Campbell's fix that's been three years in the making. The tea cakes are even better than I remembered and the petit four made my heart happy! Even better than the baked goods? The absolutely wonderful people and good old Mississippi hospitality. Mitchell, thanks for making our brief homecoming so much sweeter!
