Írjon visszajelzéstIt was really crowded. The wait time was longer than typical for a Starbucks. The mango dragon fruit refresher had barely any fruit in it.
The server seemed disengaged and lacked enthusiasm, making it difficult to get their attention just to place my order. I ended up having my order mixed up twice, and I ended up paying for both incorrect items. It felt like they weren't really listening at all.
Since then, the staff turnover has been steady until the current team took over. While they may not be as quick as the second generation, they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable time. What I really appreciate about this team is their personality; their smiles are genuine, they are friendly, occasionally humorous, and most importantly, they engage with customers. They acknowledge you as a person and make eye contact, which makes the experience more personal. I’m enjoying getting to know them a bit better. There have been a few hiccups with my usual Caramel Macchiato, but these were due to being out of certain ingredients, not their fault. I’m impressed that they offer alternative suggestions, which is quite rare. Usually, a barista would simply inform me they’re out of something and just look at me as if I need to figure it out myself—which isn't ideal. My friend and I love spending hours at this Starbucks. The great baristas add a touch of positive energy to the place. However, I do wish they would address the issue of the unisex restrooms; the doors don't lock, which is quite uncomfortable.
What a spacious store . The baristas here are wonderful!!It was quiet enough to work at 6:30 pm !! Certainly a place that I’d frequently visit !!
I typically order a tall coffee, however I order a grande this time... I enjoy medium roast, with cream and sugar.
