The view is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, but the prices are absolutely outrageous. For instance, a poke bowl costs $58, and even simple cocktails are over $20. I went for lunch with another person and ended up spending more than $300, including the tip. While the food was decent, it didn’t stand out as exceptional. The truffle fries were crispy and well-seasoned, but they didn’t leave a lasting impression. Similarly, the salad was just average; it didn’t wow me at all. Adding salmon to the salad came at an extra $22. Considering the prices, I was expecting the food to be truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful evening with our son and his wife, and we all agree it might have been one of our best dining experiences ever. The staff were friendly and attentive. Every dish, from the watermelon gazpacho and elk t-bone to the huckleberry ice cream and baked Alaska, was exceptional. Our sommelier ensured we had the perfect wine to accompany our meal. It's a night we won't soon forget.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. Location is extraordinary with beautiful infinity pool. Food was elegant (if a bit expensive). But what really makes this place special are the staff Julie, MJ, Rachel advised and greeted us by name. Valet always had our car ready. Dining room servers were so friendly... . THANK YOU My only suggestion is that AMAN invest and upgrade the spa.... needs a sauna, cold plunge etc.

Creativity with food was extraordinary. Dishes were so unique. Truly one of a kind. The buffalo mozzarella with caviar and huckleberry sauce perfect balance of sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy. Mushroom and cauliflower appetizers also incredibly creative and delish! We tried two fish and one elk. All with excellent preparation and well balanced accompaniments. One of the best meals we had in JH all week!
