Wendy's - Jackson

I love Wendy's but dang, the burgers were cold, the buns tasted stale and dry, so far have not had good results with the fast food joints here in Jackson TN

Stopped at this Wendy on 6-27-22. Went through the drive through and the cashier was very underfriendly. She acted like she didn't know how to count and the food was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. Ask for a cup holder and she ask what was that. I understand that everyone is short on help, but please have the food hot.

I dined at this location and ordered a Dave's Double Combo. Unfortunately, my burger and fries were as cold as my soda. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order, which was really disappointing. This shouldn't have happened. Food rating: 1/5.

One of the orders included a salad, and they informed me they had run out. The customer wanted to substitute it for something else, which took an unreasonable amount of time for them to decide. After a while, they instructed us to pull up to the rail, and then just handed us three bags that seemed hastily put together. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing and exhibited zero customer service skills. They also lacked the proper training for handling DoorDash orders. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide all of my food, omitting the drinks and milkshake that were part of the order. Both the manager and employees were incredibly rude and seemed completely lost. I tried to explain the situation at the drive-thru window, asking for the order to be separated and mentioning that some items were missing. Eventually, I was so frustrated that I decided to cancel both orders altogether. I will no longer accept DoorDash orders from Wendy's. I reluctantly give them one star since that was the minimum I could select.

I absolutely love the burgers at Wendy's. The service is always friendly, and my order is consistently correct.
