When we took our friends from Colombia there, they were so impressed with the food that it brought tears to their eyes. The service is equally genuine, with the owner personally attending to guests and sharing his extensive knowledge about the dishes, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy stereotypical Mexican restaurants with flashy decor and fast-service gimmicks, this might not be the place for you. However, if you're in search of authentic flavors and a true culinary experience, be sure to visit El Ranchito.

I would advise against going there for lunch! The owner does not employ any wait staff, so he ends up eating his lunch while managing the tables, answering the phone, running the cash register, and cleaning tables with a dirty rag. He also wouldn’t honor his own coupons after I waited 30 minutes for my meal. Isn't it supposed to be about the customers?
