The Loop - Jacksonville Beach

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in six minutes. However, after waiting 15 minutes, it still wasn't done. When I mentioned to the cashier that I needed to leave, miraculously, it was ready to go. While I understand that 15 minutes is a reasonable timeframe for making a pizza, my issue lies with the store misrepresenting the wait time and then acting as if they couldn’t fulfill the order promptly. I would appreciate it if they could provide more accurate estimates for pickup orders in the future.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and it was quite tasty. They generously provided extra Caesar dressing at no charge! However, it could have used a bit more salt. The tomato bisque was also good, but it too needed some seasoning. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The meal is always fantastic whenever we visit Florida; they never disappoint, no matter where we go!

Usually a pleasant experience, was today another case? almost came home and recognized my side of the blue cheese chips and steakries were so small I took it as an insult if you will put 8fries in my box you can only sell the burger alone for a cheeper price or something... just frustrating I need to cook fries at home to add to my togo and the whole point avoids coming here. Besides, I have ordered an Oreo shake that it looked like chocolate in the restaurant, they assured me it was Oreo, but sure enough first swallow, chocolate and no cookies. I will visit the loop on the beach Blvd.

If your old enough to remember when the only LOOP restaurant was in San Marco, then we are on the same page. I should have written this review a long time ago because this chain has been such a part of the history of gourmet pizzas, big thick hamburgers, hand dipped milk shakes and big dinner salads for decades. The menu has always comprised so many variations on any of the above that every one in your crew should be able to find something they will like. And I want you to trust me on this one thing and don?t be shy about it. If you order anything and it comes out under cooked or you are not happy with it, walk it right back to the counter and they will gladly correct any issue you have. The service today was warm, friendly and willing to please when one of our burgers came out more rare than well done. Thank you Thank you
