Burger King - Jacksonville

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was served hot and quickly, and I would be happy to return.

The service was very slow. When we finally received our food, some items were missing. However, the customer service was good.

I have to eat quickly to remind myself why I don't come here. I ordered an Impossible Burger, and honestly, it had less flavor than plain rice. The bun was mushy and fell apart easily, plus it desperately needed salt. I had a Whopper three years ago and thought it was good, but I wouldn't return now. The bun situation is still terrible, and nothing has improved in that area.

This place is great for those evenings when you don't feel like cooking. Plus, their 2 for $5 sandwich deal is better than before!

Visited this BK for lunch 12:30 May 3 2022. Both me and my GF were blown away with the food quality, not that it?s ever been bad. What impressed us the most was the team leader/shift manager. Super at customer service and unbelievably motivating withher crew. Showed each team member that they were valuable. You don?t see that much anymore, but she isn?t an ordinary leader byany means.
