6/7/22 Update You have repaired everything. - Bread was perfectly roasted, could have been better -Kartato soup was full and hearty -Vitamin water is better than any other location currently -Crackers crispy sandwich came as it should This is my new standard location. Always happy to see a company responding to feedback. I hope they stop it? One of the worst CSC sites where I was. - Bread is not roasted all the way/right, other locations are able to make bread even and consistent. - Potato soup had a piece of potato, other locations have filled the soup with potatoes. -Vitamin water XXX is too watery, they need to calibrate the machine to dispense with more syrup per water. Cracker packages are completely stiff and evil. -don?t automatically salad and tomatoes on the sandwich, they only throw the chicken salad between two pieces of bread and call it a day. CSC is in my top 3 of the favorite places to eat. If I were? ve ate this place for my first CSC experience, I would never? ve went back.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a day that the business was extremely short staffed. A young man named Brian was running the store solo. He greeted us with a smile and did not rush or become overwhelmed as more people came in. He politely explained the situation and handled running everything by himself phenomenally. The food was great and ready fast. He was patient and thorough with each customer. We were so impressed watching his positive demeanor and work ethic. We are big fans of the Buffalo Barclay and Fancy Nancy chicken salads. I love the grape salad too! Definitely recommend.

The selections of chicken salad are delicious. My avorite is Lauryns basil and lemon. Olivia's southern is my husband's favorite. We also enjoy the soups. The loaded potato and tortilla soup are very good.

I really like chicken salad chick usually but since when do restaurants give you the butt of the sandwich loaf? Maybe it's only for to-go orders and they put the sandwich butt side down because you won't notice until you get home? Are bread prices this bad? Do we really need to cut corners here? Never had a restaurant do this before and I thought it was just weird.

I?ve never liked chicken salad. I?ve always associated it with old ladies and church luncheons. HOWEVER, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville! They serve a variety of different flavors. Jalapeño Holly, Buffalo Barclay, and Dixie Chick are my favorite. You can still order ?classical? chicken salad with the fruit mixed in if you?re into that too. They have really yummy broccoli salad and cookies too! Any time I am near a Chicken Salad Chick, I try to stop. I moved to Middleburg and there?s no Chicken Salad Chick out there. ?Maybe someday! ?
