Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jacksonville

Did the drive through online order twice and both times steak was dry and rice was old/hard. Makes me hesitant to even try to see if ordering from the counter is better/fresher. People who work the drivethrough are nice but that doesnt matter if the food is bad.

The large female employee that was working the front counter on 7/13/23 at 9:00 pm was beyond rude! Deplorable attitude for absolutely no reason! I asked a simple question: “Can I order a side of steak?” and instead of just answering the question, the employee rudely rolled her eyes, and replied “you can do whatever you want, I can’t stop you”. She proceeded to give me an annoyed look over a simple question. Seriously? You don’t have to worry about me spending another dime at this location. You don’t have to take your bad day out on the customer.

I wish I could give this Chipotle a zero-star rating. I used to come here often, but not anymore after today. I was in line and was told I had to wait about five minutes while the staff member was cutting up some steak. That was fine. The very next customer ordered something almost identical to mine. As I waited, I noticed that the staff member went ahead and prepared the steak for that customer's bowl. Not wanting to be rude, I simply asked why they didn’t do that for me when I asked. The employee said it wasn’t ready yet. I replied that I wasn’t stupid and had just seen what he did for the next customer. The kid with glasses said it was "policy" and shrugged. I then asked if the policy applied to the man behind me, who was white, and at that point, I realized what was happening. I just told him I was done waiting. It’s really disappointing that in 2023, this is still an issue.

The service is ok is terrible, not to mention the food is typically not hot and they don't have anything, the queso is always cold and the worst part is they never have any vinaigrette. The setting is ok it's not the cleanest but not the worst by far the worst chipotle in the area. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The manger at this store (her name i didn’t quite catch, but she had purple hair) has always been rude to me when i come to this store. in the past using the chipotlane she is very rude when asking what my name for the order is and when she asks what the drinks are. she rolls her eyes and is very short when talking. when the window is open i hear her talking to other workers about how stupid customers are and how she hates when they come early because it ruins her day. My order was placed for 7:30 pm and i arrived at 7:27. she was so angry that i was early that she was slamming things and i could see her yelling about me being early. i can’t imagine this makes the workers comfortable and it surely made me upset and uncomfortable. any time i order i hope she isn’t working because the other workers have always been very nice and she is always disrespectful.
