Cold Stone Creamery - Jacksonville

Me and my friends always see cold stone as a go to. Last night, we went to cold stone and had an unpleasant experience. Laci made 2 of our ice creams and was very rude the entire experience. yelling hey! hello! can i help you?! with so much attitudeto which she looked us up and down and rolled her eyes. Later, her hair was in one of the ice creams and rolled her eyes andtried to just take the hair off and give the icecream back. she would not remake it and we asked Davon to make it and he wasabsolutely phenomenal. Davon was caring and took his time with us and our order. He remade the icecream and had a sincere smilethe entire time. The only reason there 's one star is for Davon.

Not impressed didn't look like the picture. Made a 4$ dairy queen blizzard look like the winner. Won't be back this year or next. Dairy Queen is the winner... Please don't service the people behind me in line first.coffe ice cream does not taste likeit coffee ice cream

I was visiting my son and his family last Sunday. After being locked out of Dairy Queen, we decided to come here. We arrived around 8:30 PM, but were turned away because they claimed there were too many people inside. Another couple received the same treatment. However, there was only one customer in the store at the time.

I've visited this Coldstone location before, and usually, there are just a few minor issues, but I’ve never had an experience like this. There were six people ahead of me in line, and I waited about ten minutes while only three were being served at the front. Only one girl was working the register, and a young woman with wavy blonde hair, no name tag, and no hat appeared to have an attitude towards a customer. She even rolled her eyes when the customer requested a bowl instead of a cone, clearly not paying attention. After that interaction, the blonde staff member went to the back and didn't return. When someone from the back asked for assistance, I overheard her say, "I'm not going back out there." I've also read other reviews that mention ongoing issues with the staff, indicating that management needs to be placed in more capable hands. The staff should be more respectful and really need to get their act together.

The ice cream was fantastic, but the restroom was in poor condition and lacked paper towels. This made me concerned about the cleanliness of the staff's hands.
