Five Star Pizza - Jacksonville

I would have had this, but this place refused to have a pizza order an hour before it was closed. I was hanged three times. Terrible service around As of late. Picassos is a much better pizza at a better price. Five stars lost my business and all recommendations.

If you need a late pizza when all others are closed it's the go to. It's not great but it's the only option lol. Why they don't have a stuffed crust option is beyond me considering it seems like that type of pizza. Also, the wings are disgusting. The amount of grease is truly appalling just stick to the pizza when ordering from here. Seeing people rate this place highly is hilarious. This city has no clue what good pizza is. Have to give them credit for staying open late though.

I ordered 90 dollars worth of food excluding tip. As usual the food was excellent. This review is not about food though. It?s about the lady Michelle who took my order. She was rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. I ordered my kids pizza , wings. Garlic knots, and a 2 liter. Bc I can not eat alot of bread for medical reasons. I ordered my self a small THIN pizza. The order was delivered and everything was right except mine. If it wasn?t medically necessary to limit my bread intake . I would have just ate it. But I had my son call back to explain the mix up. Michelle immediately got defensive and rude. Started arguing with my son saying she took the order, and she makes really good thin crust pizza . I guess some how her saying that was suppose to prove her point. I never said thin crust?? I took the phone from my son and told her I was the one who placed the order and I definitely said thin crust. She continued to argue and act as if I was trying to scam her for a small pizza! I said listen if I were trying to scam you i wouldn?t have picked the lowest dollar amount item I ordered to lie about. But bc I don?t want to argue with you and I?m hungry I?ll just pay for the pizza to be made correct! She hung up in my face !!!! I called back. Michelle answered. I asked to speak to someone else. She refused and said she was the only person there who could take an order LOL. so I handed the phone to my son again. Asked him to order for me by this time I was all the way done with her antics! He placed my order a THIN CRUST small pizza and I had him add a Cesar salad. I paid for it and a SECOND delivery fee. The 2nd order just arrived and appears to be correct. However I?m to mad to eat. So now I have 2 small pizza?s in my kitchen that my kids won?t touch (bc i get olives LOL) 1 going straight in the trash and the other straight in the fridge. Looks like I?ll be eating pizza for breakfast. SMH ????? it?s ashame 5 star has someone like her representing their company. I love their food. But can?t bring myself to spend money with someone so nasty. Rude. Argumentative and unprofessional. I?d rather rip the money up, throw it in the air and go to bed hungry than ever risk talking to her again!

Ordered a 16? pepperoni pizza well done with garlic rolls. It was perfect. I may try the rolls well done next time but the food was great.

First time ordering. Pizza, wings, salad and cinnamon rolls. Everything was great, but my salad was sad. I wish there were more toppings. Very fresh though, I'll give them that. Wings seemed a little over done, but we're still good.
