Every time I passed by, I noticed a long line in front of this restaurant, which piqued my curiosity. I finally decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint! It's a bustling spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a wide variety of menu options. The servers are friendly, and I have to say, their Maisbeef Hash is absolutely the best I’ve ever had! Ever since I discovered this place, I’ve stopped going to other local spots like Crackers on the beach or Little Sheep on the west side. This has become my favorite brunch spot! You won’t regret it (just make sure to order the right dish)! I’ll definitely be back!

Today, I ordered one of the best chicken-fried steaks, served as a sandwich with rich gravy and crispy little fries on the side. It was perfect. The patty was crispy on the outside yet incredibly tender inside. The buns were perfectly toasted, and my drink was always full. Be sure to tip your servers well; they work hard to ensure you have a top-notch dining experience. Kudos to this place for maintaining high quality over the years. Update: It remains one of the friendliest and most valuable dining spots in the city. Both breakfast and lunch menus offer great choices. If you’re hungry, don’t miss one of the dinner plates, like the meat or chicken-fried steak, along with their amazing sausage gravy—it’s one of the best around!

My favorite breakfast in Avondale might be Jax. The cook will prepare your food to perfect with turbo speed! Bring a friend or bring the family. And when you come alone, sit on the counter and enjoy the Camaraderie of the staff!!! The Fox Restaurant.

All I can tell is breakfast here. Usually stop after Dr.'s visits between 0900-1000. I'll wait, if ever. The eggs are cooked for perfection, as the omelets fries at home. I think they have 14 different types of omeletts here, from ordinary guys to savory. The Fox has a 50'-60 type diner feel with, good, friendly staff to the chefs who know their way around the grill. Here too, prices are very reasonable. On weekends it usually becomes a line outside the door of up to 10 people. They also offer the standard lunch rate of the sandwich soup, but not for it. I think they close about 2:30-3:00.

Small breakfast place near the hospital in Riverside area. The staff was excellent! The manager was very friendly! Perfect place for a quick bite to eat.
