Hooters - Jacksonville

I had a wonderful waitress with the name Nikki she was kindly attentive and all real smiles.. She was helpful and informative...I hope she is always my waitress in future visits... she was always ready to treat all inquiries.... excellent service and the food was great.

Tonight was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. My waitress was Ally, the service was wonderful, very attentive, fun, friendly, recommend great things from the menu. atmosphere is great, would come back thank you. Girl from CT

I am at hooters just about every Friday night for beer and wings. I have even brought my guys in from my Wednesday Bowling team. We have always had Whitney as a waitress and she is awesome. She is prompt on her service and always has a smile and is friendly. Our food is always delivered fast and with a smile. In my opinion Whitney is a model of what a Hooters girl is. She is prompt, speedy, friendly and just all around awesome waitress. I ask for by name every time I come in.

I will never return to this restaurant. We started with the pretzel sticks and cheese. The nacho cheese was fine, but the pretzel sticks were a disappointment—some were cold, some were piping hot, and some were so greasy they practically dripped with fat, while others were completely dry. When we asked our very nice waitress for recommendations, she couldn't provide any, and after we placed our order, it became clear why: everything we tried was terrible. The burger patties on my partner's burger were nearly inedible—so greasy that they fell apart, and my chicken tenders were the worst I’ve ever had; they were like chewing gum! I felt like I might be sick after just one bite. When the waitress came back to check on us, we told her we understood why she couldn't make any recommendations, and she agreed. Though we were offered a free dessert, we declined when we heard it was pre-packaged, which was the only thing that sounded fitting. While the manager didn’t comp our meal, they did remove the dessert from our bill. I wouldn’t trust the food here at all and will definitely not be coming back!

This was our first Hooters visit in at least 3 year. We were impressed tonight and plan to come back more often. The service was great. The food was delicious and came out piping hot. Grilled Mahi Tacos.... best fish tacos I have had!
