Little Caesars Pizza - Jacksonville

This Little Caesars location is one of the best franchises I've ever visited. The staff is fantastic—everyone is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your order is taken care of quickly. Overall, this Little Caesars stands out as impressive, especially when compared to other pizza chains that seem to cut corners and lower prices in uncreative ways. The customer service here is excellent!

This is my favorite Little Caesars! The management and staff provide excellent service and are very friendly, even when it's busy. I consistently enjoy great food and great service here. Thank you! The managers are always helpful.

The pizza is delicious, but there have been issues with our orders. Last time, we ordered jalapeños, but they mistakenly put banana peppers on it instead. This time, they didn't make the thin crust we requested and forgot the jalapeños again. They seemed to realize it was incorrect and made another pizza, but it ended up being overcooked as well.

Pizza is good and decent, but I don't know if the store deserves the credit. We ordered from here twice. First was for the delivery in which they forgot a special pizza, so I had to drive and pick up, completely defeated my online order for delivery. This time I picked up my order. I didn't have to see if everything was there, so not. Luckily they forgot a pizza again. The girl saw my order on the screen. This place is simply lol

Got a pepperoni pizza and 3 meat pizza plus wings an cheese Stix. It was cooked while I waited. Maybe 15 minutes worse case and dayummm it was hot and excellent. We all loved it but maybe we could have cooked the wings more a couple minutes in the air fryer they were just right. Very affordable compared to the big 3 delivery pizza. Very friendly person who I think was the manager but she had the hustle with customers every few minutes wanting a pizza .
