Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone theysaid they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong orderthat we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited an hour and a half just to get the wrong order. Then they immediately put us on hold for 15 minutes with the MOST ANNOYING hold recording. Another in our party called and instantly got their call answered while theother person was STILL on hold. They put us on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes, just to get put on hold YET AGAIN for another 30MINUTES!!!!! We called yet a third time and a nice woman answered finally, and she got us a refund and a correct order. She wasvery nice and helpful despite our frustration. Reason #570 why I never order Papa John's. Edit: We never got our replacements..

I just wanted to give kudos to the management of this store. We were given a credit for a free pizza back in April due to a delivery issue. When we called in to redeem it, they couldn 't find any notes. The manager approved it so we got our 'replacement ' pizza. Thank you for your integrity. THIS is why we will continue to order from your shop!

I just wanted to express my gratitude! With Hurricane Irma set to hit our area late Sunday into Monday morning, the entire city was on lockdown since Friday at 5 PM—bridges and gas stations were closed. However, a few privately owned businesses were still open, including Papa John's! Fortunately, the rain hadn’t started pouring yet, so we decided to go in. The staff was cheerful and very helpful! They all live in our tight-knit community and mentioned they would keep the store open as long as it was safe for them. We truly appreciate the little "bubble" we have here in Oakleaf Plantation. They were inundated with orders! Our pizzas were delicious and provided a bit of comfort during a stressful time. We were sheltering several families from flood-prone areas, and they were thrilled when we came through the door with Papa John's pizzas. Thank you!

I gave Ryan the driver $50, and he said he would break it for me, but he never returned with my change. I'm really upset that he just took my money. I need my change back when you open up. Thank you.
