Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

We order delivery from this restaurant approximately twice a month, and over the past four years, we've only encountered one issue, for which we received a coupon for a free pizza. The deliveries are consistently on time; even if it takes longer than expected, they always honor the estimated delivery time. The customer service is excellent, and the delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. This is now the only pizza delivery option I use in the area.

Most of the staff at this restaurant are excellent! They perform their duties professionally and consistently aim for customer satisfaction while efficiently managing orders. There are just a couple of employees whose performance could be better, so you might want to consider dining elsewhere if they’re working that day. Fortunately, those individuals aren’t around very often, so in most cases, your order will arrive quickly, hot, and delicious! While some reviews criticize the “teenage staff” for being disrespectful, my experience has shown that it’s often the dissatisfied adults who instigate issues with the younger employees. Don’t let the negative reviews sway you; they seem to come from people who are just unhappy.

Placing my order was a breeze, and the staff member I spoke with was very friendly. The pizza arrived ahead of schedule, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. My drink was perfectly cold as well. The delivery driver was courteous too. Overall, the prices were quite reasonable. Thank you!
