Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Taco Bell is exactly what you’d expect. The food is decent for the price, especially if you use the app for deals. However, I’m disappointed that the Mexican pizza is no longer available.

Tonight, my partner and I decided to visit one of our all-time favorite fast food spots, if not our absolute number one choice. We had some extra time, so we opted to try the online ordering option. The menu on the app is just as enticing as what you see on the board, featuring old classics, new favorites, and an impressive amount of customization options for your order. Plus, the app significantly enhances the experience with reward points and quicker order fulfillment—it's almost revolutionary! App rating: 5/5. Taco Bell: 4/5, as always. Don't miss out!

I ordered steak quesadillas but received chicken instead. It seems like it shouldn't be that difficult to press the right button on the screen. I would have gone back to sort it out if we weren't on our way out.

The meal was enjoyable, but I received a crunchy taco that had no lettuce as requested, and when I opened it up, I found it was quite lacking—just a little bit of meat and cheese.

We just went there, and they forgot to add jalapeño sauce to my A.M. Crunchwrap.
