Wendy's - Jacksonville

How they mess up fast food is puzzling. Their food is not good at all plus it's never fresh. I stopped eating there.

Pray that they stay humble to the people who keep them working by doing Business with Wendy's. Everyone so nice and make sure you have everything you ordered. Thank to the Employees

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I had to ask for someone to take my order, and I wasn’t even greeted upon arrival. In frustration, I ended up throwing my food on the counter. I inquired about barbecue and ranch sauce but received sweet and spicy instead, which was disappointing. I will never return to this restaurant. I even called the police to file a complaint, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns.

I've noticed that there's often a long wait at this location. I usually end up waiting 5 to 10 minutes at the order screen without any cars ahead of me before someone finally takes my order.

I visited around 10:30 a.m. The food wasn’t hot, but I didn’t have to wait, and the girl who took my order was really friendly and didn’t rush me like in crowded places. I’ll definitely be coming back!
