They do not support curbside or drive-thru pickup, which can be very inconvenient for customers with disabilities. I was told that this policy is a decision made by the district manager. I have also filed a complaint with the corporate office regarding this issue. If curbside and drive-thru pickup options are not available, they should be removed from the app.
It's just another fast food restaurant that feels forgettable. The staff are friendly, but it seems like they'd prefer to be anywhere else.
Welcome to Wendy's! We're currently in the middle of a shift change and aren't able to take any orders at the moment. Thanks for your patience at 4:30 PM! I've never worked at a Wendy's, but I can confidently say I could do a better job than the manager on duty. Just give me the hat and apron—I'm ready to step in! I'm fed up with this situation.
Gotten my order wrong several times and there was a aggressive older dirty looking male cursing to himself about the customers brining food back.Wouldn't recommend. One of my fries tastes rotten as well.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken sandwich was good but the chicken was kind of hard I think they cooked it too long and the fries were not season
