However, I later realized I needed to clarify why the cake wasn’t already prepared if it was due the next day. I called her back and expressed my concern about not wanting a rushed cake. She assured me I could come by at 6 PM. Around 4 PM, she called to say the cake was ready and that it looked really nice. But when I arrived at 5:30 PM, the cake looked nothing like the picture I had chosen. To make matters worse, it had a graduation cap on it! Who even has a graduation in December? This was supposed to be a birthday cake, not a graduation cake. Instead of a lovely snowman, I got a simple round cake with two cake balls and a graduation cap, and it looked sloppy and rushed. I had no choice but to ask for a refund. When I called the woman to explain my dissatisfaction with the rushed and poorly executed work, she replied, "I had no picture." Well, if it’s on the website and you work there, shouldn’t you be familiar with how it looks? Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a character cake or anything that requires special decorations from this place. A simple cake might be okay, but for anything more, I would advise against it.

The staff was disorganized and inconsiderate. My order was wrong several times. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I really enjoy the cakes here, but the cashiers are quite rude and the service is terrible.

The restaurant is small but clean, making it a nice spot after church.
