Chef's Garden - Jamaica

ST. JOHN'S STUDENTS, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this place a rating of 0 stars, I would. The delivery driver is incredibly inconsiderate and impatient. He shows no respect for customers' rights and disregards his responsibility of delivering food on time. He consistently leaves the delivery point as soon as you mention needing more time, and has made me wait outside in the cold on multiple occasions. There is no communication from the driver, as he ignores calls and makes customers wait for over an hour to receive their orders. This restaurant should not receive any more business, and they certainly won't be getting mine.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. The delivery person has shouted at both my boyfriend and me, and has even threatened to take our food away if we don't meet him outside quickly enough. This behavior is extremely rude. I recommend ordering from a different restaurant because the food here is not worth the disgusting treatment from the delivery person.

Foood was veryyyy spicy couldn't eat it... very bad taste and not recommended. Plz go somewhere else they put toooo much hott red pepper on the foodd my mouth and tongues ???? is BURNING ???? ???? ????

The food was surprisingly tasty. I will certainly keep them on my go to list for chinese takeout

The food at this restaurant is pretty good, but the delivery service is terrible. The delivery driver is the worst I have ever encountered. Despite the convenience of ordering from this place because it is close to my school, I have to walk to pick up my food from my dorm room. It only takes me about three minutes to walk to the gate to pick up my food, but the driver calls me at least three times because he is extremely impatient. When I get to the gate, he doesn't even get out of the car to bring me the food, instead he just stares me down until I walk to him and pick it up myself. He is rude, provides minimal service, and still expects a tip on top of the delivery charge. This driver should not be interacting with the public.
