0 stars. Every time I go to this particular Dunkin? the workers are always scrambling to fix problems with customers orders or some other disaster is going on. My most recent visit I waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order. While waiting, a homeless looking woman comes in with a plastic bag and starts stealing mugs, thermoses, tons of sugar packets, Diet Coke, then after taking her time casually walks out the door. (Please check your security cameras 11/3/18 8:10am) No employees even bothered to notice or care. When I finally ordered, the guy behind the counter can?t open a packet of dried fruit for my oatmeal so he tried to tear open the package using the corner of the dirty countertop. After failing, he asked if I could just do it myself. (Gladly). I had to include a picture of my oatmeal because this is just hilarious. What a joke of a business and a waste of my time and money. Is there any management at this location?

We arrived at 9 PM, and the bright lights outside indicated that the restaurant was open. The hours listed on the door stated they were open until 10 PM, with the drive-thru operating until 11 PM. However, when we went inside, the staff informed us that they were closed and in the process of cleaning up. To make matters worse, the employee's attitude was incredibly rude. We will definitely not be returning here.

I really dislike having to say this, but it would be beneficial if the staff had a better understanding of orders in English. For the second time after my return, she was about to get my order wrong again. I didn’t request a thin multigrain bagel; I wanted a regular multigrain one. When I came back, I specifically asked for a plain bagel instead of one with equal fillings, as I hadn’t realized there were sesame seeds in the multigrain. Then, I saw them tossing a sesame bagel, even after we had confirmed the plain bagel twice. It was so frustrating!

The food met my expectations, but it was frustrating that they forgot items from my order on multiple occasions.

I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts, but I received two chocolate frosted ones instead.
