Hibachi Sushi - Janesville

Ordered 5 different kinds of sushi rolls. Vegetable roll the best. Crunchy white roll was plain. Rice on sushi tasted old.

Went in tonight for an early dinner with my mom. We've been here many times but it's been a while.Entered right away at 4:30. We were first to order. Our food was good, vegetable fried rice, chicken hibachi, and the Janesville roll. Our one sushi roll took quite a long time to arrive at our table. I think there is only one person who makes rolls and they were already working on online orders? It surprised us both that it took twice as long to receive the roll as it did to get our main dishes.Front dining area was fine but the bathroom looked a little gross. The toilet/sink were clean but the floor, walls, and door all looked nasty.The food was good enough that I would order again but I would rather eat at home than in the restaurant.My favorites are the super crunch roll and cheese crab roll.

Came in for a birthday lunch and found my new favorite sushi spot. Will definitely be coming back for more eel rolls. It was a bit of a wait but I will put that on the fact that they were steady and I don't hold it against them at all.

Food was ok. Cook was great he offered to swap out the Japanese rolls for spring rolls because they weren't what I expected.
