Panera Bread - Janesville

I found the service, food, and atmosphere to be outstanding. The staff are very friendly, there's ample space to find a comfortable seat, and everything is quite clean.

I want to give a shout-out to Panera Bread in Janesville! I placed a last-minute order for a working lunch online, and it was ready as soon as I got there. The place was incredibly busy, but I was thrilled to find my order waiting for me on the Rapid Pick-Up shelf when I arrived. Thank you so much!

It was Easter Sunday when my fiancé and I discovered that this restaurant was open, so we decided to have brunch there. The breakfast sandwich was outstanding. The place was clean and inviting, and the staff was very friendly. I've also tried the quinoa soup on a previous visit, and it was excellent as well.

I visited today and I wish I had caught the name of the woman who made my sandwich (she had blonde hair and dark-rimmed glasses) because she exceeded my expectations and deserves recognition. I ordered the "pick two," assuming it would include a full sandwich and two sides. When my order arrived, I noticed it was just a half sandwich on the plate. I asked her if I had misunderstood my order. I was fine with just the half, but she generously added another half sandwich at no extra charge. Every experience I’ve had at this location has been wonderful, just like this one. Please ensure that your staff, especially this lady in the kitchen, knows how well they are doing!
