I now lived in Jarrell for a year now. I’ve been going there at least three times a week. The roasted chicken is to go crazy for, plus the salads are good as well. When it comes to the staff, they are awesome!! The manager and team give great smiles. I see this time and again with so many other customers. They remember people and call them their names. Call me old fashioned, but that’s service. I believe her name is Alexandra, and smiles don’t know her name,sorry) have great personal attitude towards people. Thank y’all all, keep it up!! Kid-friendliness: Ever since our kids where little, they loved playing the chicken machine. To this day they still play it.

The two ladies that I spoke to were so sweet. I only ordered a Dr Pepper but I had spilt one in my truck before hand and they helped me. I have never had someone be so kind to me in a drive-through.

I want to recognize and thank Yesenia at Jarrell, Texas. I order food from the drive-thru about 4 times a week. Mostly Yesenia is on the drive through providing and reviewing the order is correct, but it is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. Since not only a customer, but also a person, as has worked with the public, in a customer service-relevant area, for over 30 years, I definitely appreciate that it makes the customer experience a great one. I hope she will be recognized and rewarded in a way when Golden Chick recognizes her employees.
