Subway - Jasper

I’ve never written a review for a restaurant before, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to the unprofessionalism of the two men working there. During my visit, one of them made negative comments about a woman in a car and complained about her not placing a specific order. When I asked a question, the guy attempted to explain, but I couldn’t grasp what he meant. I had to ask for clarification, and instead of providing a clear answer, he just repeated himself, which didn’t help at all. His frustration with my confusion made the experience quite unpleasant. I believe he needs to improve his communication skills.

I love the friendly atmosphere at this restaurant. The staff is always welcoming, and the food is served hot.

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars based on my experience during the day shift. However, the evening shift is quite disappointing. The staff is rude, especially one particular guy who made a mistake with my sandwich. When I politely asked if I could get something else, he reacted angrily when someone else corrected the order. He always seems to be in a bad mood whenever customers come in. I highly recommend visiting for brunch or lunch, but I would steer clear of dinner in the evening.

Just left this subway due to no acknowledgement and no effort to wait on us. This was 4:43pm...there were two guys working and no one else in store! Needs a lot of improvement!!!

They did a good job even though they were very busy at 2 pm.
