Írjon visszajelzéstThe server Cami takes the Mugs slogan too literally. It is one thing to be inattentive, but she was also down right rude. If it wasn't for the other waitress and bus girl, we would've left. Food is okay for the price.
Loved my breakfast. Small town diner worth the stop. Loved the food and town.
Nice little restaurant in Jefferson Ohio. The food was good. Breakfast was very tasty. Friendly service didn't have to wait very long to take our order or get our food. Vegetarian options: It's a diner I'm sure they have plenty of non-meat options Dietary restrictions: Large menu Parking: We had to parallel park I'm not sure if there's additional parking behind the building or not. Kid-friendliness: Family style restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and booths.
Always great food. Service is the best your treated like a friend. Street parking sometimes is a pain but it's worth it !
During our visit from out of town to see family, we decided to try Mugs, a local restaurant. The food was generally quite good, with some dishes being particularly generous in portion size—I'm looking at you, pancakes and biscuits! Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, but unfortunately, our server Cammy was the exception. She came across as rude and seemed indifferent to our needs, treating us like an inconvenience. When we asked her for a drink refill, she mentioned she was busy with something else. When inquiring about the ingredients in a meal due to dietary restrictions, it felt as though she had never been asked such a question before and expected us to already know what was in the dish. It quickly became easier to ask any passing staff member rather than seek help from her. I would recommend Mugs for a hearty meal, but only if you’re lucky enough to have someone other than Cammy to assist you.
