Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Jeffersontown

I will start by saying, I don't go to DQ for the food. I go for the blizzards. So when I pull up at lunch time to order food and a blizzard, I am pretty disappointed when I am told that they don't have any blizzards at the moment. If I wanted to hear no ice cream, I would go to McDonald's. Pretty disappointed.

2nd time in a week that i arrive 15 mins after open and they weren't open yet. Once I waited in drive thru for 5 mins before a woman came out side door and said sorry we just got here won't be open for a bit. No way to run a business when customers expect you to be open. Will start going somewhere else.

I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and then spent another 15 minutes in line. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth it for biscuits and gravy.

Typical DQ. You won't be disappointed UNLESS their milkshake machine is on the blink!

One of the employees John, who was working the counter, went above and beyond to show customer service and kindness! Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen! John, thank you for taking the time and going the extra mile! Acts of kindness never go unnoticed!
